Brian J. Weber O.D.
Dr. Weber is a graduate of the University of Maine , Orono and the New England College of Optometry, Boston Massachusetts. He has been proudly serving the Concord area since 1986.

Dr. Weber practices general optometry with a special interest in Contact Lenses, Refractive Laser Eye Surgery, and Family Eyecare.

In his spare time, Dr. Weber enjoys spending time with his family, boating on the beautiful lakes of New Hampshire , antique automobiles, football , baseball and basketball.

Eugene S. Baylus O.D.
Dr. Baylus has been practicing in the Concord area for over 10 years, and has been an associate with ‘Capital Vision Center’ since 2000, and with ‘Dr. Dexter’s Vision Center’ in the Fort Eddie Road Plaza prior to the practices merging.

Born and raised in Baltimore, MD; Dr. Baylus attended the University of Maryland, as well as Keene State in Keene, NH.

Dr. Baylus received his doctorate in optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA in 1992. He now lives in Penacook, NH, and maintains a private practice in Manchester, NH. Dr. Baylus continues to serve his patients in Concord at ‘Capital Vision Center’.

Currently, Dr. Baylus practices general optometry, with special interests in family care.

In his spare time, Dr. Baylus enjoys his family, photography, motorcycles, convertibles, and working with computers.

	Peter C. Kohler M.D. Dr. Kohler is a graduate of the University of Maine, Orono and the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He did his specialty training in Ophthalmology in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Kohler is a native of Maine and has practiced Ophthalmology since 1992. Dr. Kohler is Board Certified in Ophthalmology and specializes in Refractive Eye Surgery, including Laser Vision Correction Surgery (Lasik), Cataract Surgery,and BOTOX Cosmetic injections.
	Donna Archer, Office Manager/Insurance Specialist Donna began with Dr. Weber in 1990 and has delivered many years of dedicated customer service. She is currently in charge of patient billing and all insurance issues in the office including verification of benefits, checking claim status as well as claims review and appeals. She is always available to take care of any special needs that may arise.
	Sherry Jones, LASIK Coordinator/ Optometric Technician Sherry joined our staff in 2005 as an Optometric Technician. In 2006, with the opening of our on-site Laser Vision Correction suite, she assumed the position of LASIK Coordinator. She performs various tasks throughout the office including patient preliminary testing, patient check in and patient check out, insurance billing and appointment scheduling. Sherry is your primary contact for all of your laser vision correction inquiries.
	Kara Grincewicz, Certified Opthalmic Technician Kara joined our staff in 2007. She performs patient preliminary testing, contact lens instruction and dispensing for our patients. She brings 8 years of prior medical experience to our office. She received her Medical Assistant Degree in 2006. Kara is always happy to assist you, whether it's on the phone or here in our office.
	Tammy Sweatt, Certified Opthalmic Technician Tammy joined our staff in 2008. She performs patient preliminary testing, contact lens instruction and dispensing for our patients. She brings four years of prior medical experience to our office. She received her Medical Assistant Degree in 2004. Tammy works hard to deliver friendly customer service from the moment you enter the office until you are checked out and on your way.
	Stacie Brown, Optical Manager/ABO Certified Optician Stacie joined our staff in 1999. She apprenticed for five years before receiving her ABO certification for Opticianry. She runs our in-house lab and works with lens manufactures to keep up with current lens technologies. Along with lab work she also manages the frame boards with frame vendors making sure to keep up with current trends. Stacie's main goal is to provide exceptional service making sure that you are completely satisfied with your glasses. She specializes in finding the perfect frame to suit your needs.
	Amanda Heger, Certified Optician Amanda joined our staff in 2004. She began in our office as an Optometric Technician performing patient preliminary testing, contact lens instruction and dispensing. After 2 years she then moved into an Optician position. Along with fitting glasses in our dispensary, she also works in our in-house lab and helps with insurance billing. Amanda is dedicated to providing exceptional service. She will spend the time to make sure your questions and needs are answered and met.
	Ed Daniels, Certified Optician Ed joined our staff in 2008 as our Lab Technician. He has worked in the optical industry for five years primarily working in the lab setting. He now has moved into dispensing and aids patients in the selection of new eyewear. Ed is very knowledgeable with our equipment so if you are looking for a custom order then he is the one to ask.
